Mt Hood offers world class hiking for all ages, mobility and experience with excellent trails, stunning vistas, dramatic waterfalls, alpine meadows and extravagant displays of wildflowers.
LOLITS Press presents three companion hiking guides that offer a wide array of hikes and walks around and about Mt Hood with something for everyone to enjoy and remember.
Around & About Mount Hood (3rd Edition, 2018) is a pocket-sized hiking guide to one of the most spectactular hiking trails in the word: the Timberline Trail, a 41-mile trail that circles Mt. Hood. The Trail was damaged in 2006 by a massive slide and was recently restored in 2017-18. This is the only guide book that covers the entire trail, and it is the first book to include the new trail section.
